I have found that since I moved into an apartment that I have had a migraine almost every single week and they last for several days. I know that it could be many things in this new place that can be acting as a trigger but how to I deal with it?
How do I also deal with all the noise and movement from all the people around me when I am trying to recover. People screaming and loud booming music makes for long recovery time.
Has anyone else had to deal with similar problems?

If you can, move upstairs, where there is nobody above you. This also helps, since robbers wont go upstairs to rob someone.
Have you had anyone check out the place to see if there is any mold or something like that in the walls, floors, ceiling, etc. ?
